Powder Coat Floor Manager

1. Responsible for supervising the operations and personnel of the Powder Coating department in the production, trouble-shooting, repair and servicing of the powder coating production and equipment

2. Operates and utilizes a powder coat sprayer to apply powder coat or paint to a variety of products

3. Assures painted parts are complete and boxed to be sent to customer

4. Tracks and creates report as required, completes and maintains paperwork

5. Provides employee coaching and development regarding control of product quality

6. Relies on extensive experience and judgment, instructions and pre-established guidelines to plan and accomplish goals

7. Performs a variety of tasks

8. Works under general supervision

9. Leads and directs the work of others

10. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required

11. Enforcing company policies and regulations

12. Perform other ancillary duties as requested / assigned
