Powder Coat Floor Manager

Responsible for supervising the operations and personnel in the Powder Coating department, trouble-shooting, repair and servicing of the powder coating production and equipment. Will operate and utilize a powder coat sprayer to apply powder coat or paint to a variety of products. Assures painted parts are completed. Tracks and creates reports and maintains paperwork as required. Relies on extensive experience and judgment, instructions and pre-established guidelines to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Leads and directs the work of others and will enforcing company policies and regulations. Will also perform other ancillary duties as requested / assigned.
