Will perform various jobs on the production floor, including but not limited to, assembly, press brake operator, turret operator, laser operator, grinding, deburring, hanging parts on assembly line, etc. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
Operates and performs set-up on (CNC) turret (punch press) machines to fabricate parts. Loads metal in to machine, cycles machine, and detects malfunctions in the machine operations. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams, selects positions, and secures machinery. Adjust machine's settings to complete tasks according to specifications.

Performs engineering design evaluations of customer supplied product designs. Recommends alterations to development and design in order to improve quality or performance of products and/or procedures. Creates CNC programs utilizing CAM and 3D Modeling software for CNC machines. Creates blueprints, diagrams, and drawings.
Operates machines and equipment, supervises, and oversees personnel in charge of operating machines that performs variety of processing operations. This is a "working" supervisor position. Must be able to read and interrupt blueprints and diagrams, design, trouble shoot, problem solve, fabricate tooling, run productions, set-up and run manual and CNC mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, and Milling Centers.
Performs typical grinding operations in bench-type or non-bench type processes using hand tools, and/or pneumatic tools, etc. to produce proper finish to metal parts. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
Performs maintenance, preventative maintenance, and/or rebuilds various production machines, equipment, facility and grounds, and automobiles. Must have experience and skills with 480V 3-phase electrical and conduit bending. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Sprays powder coat paint on parts on assembly line according to instructions. May also hang, remove, and inspect parts.
Uses mathematical skills to determine sizes of various metals to be cut. Operates manual or computer numerical control (CNC) sheer or saw machines to cut metal. Loads and removes metal in to machine, cycles machine, and detects malfunctions in the machine operations. Must be able to read and interrupt blueprints and diagrams.
Operators and performs typical production welding using MIG, TIG, or STIC welds to fabricate various metals using manual or power tools. Must be able to read and interpret welding blueprints and diagrams.
Designs, builds, and trouble shoots dies, CNC machine programming of lathes, mills, EDM, etc. Creates, grinds and repairs production machine tools. Runs various machine shop machines and tooling. Must be able to read and interrupt blueprints and diagrams.
